Innkeeper at the “Gruener Baum" at Appenhofen, Palatinate. Son of Matthias Denger, citizen of Minderslachen. Married 15.11.1729, at Billigheim, Anna Catharina, daughter of Hanss Georg Stumkeller at Appenhofen. Pendum, wife and children in Americam. Chr. Denger(t) hanged 13.111.1749, at Germersheim, because he had entered into a partnership with thieves, whereupon bis wife and children left for America issue (born at Appenhofen) : ( Anna Maria. b. 23.VI(?). 1736, confirmed at Billigheim, 1749, Americ.; (2) Anna Elisabetha, b. 26.IV.1739, confirmed at Billigheim, 1750, Americ; (3) Andreas, b. 20.IV. 1743. Andrew Denger was living in Conestogo Twp., Lancaster Co., 1790 (First Census, p. ?)
