Shoemaker. Born at Colmar. Married at Billigheim, (1) 12.IX.1729, Anna Margaretha Rahm (?), widow (Has left for America), and (2) 13.11.1746, Anna Elisabetha Lauter, b. at Langenkandel. Issue of Ist marriage (born at Billigheim) : (1) Andreas, b. 24.X. 1733, confirmed 1747, Americ. Issue of 2nd marriage (born at Billigheim) : (2) Maria Elisabetha, b. 12.1.1747. Johannes Schlotz (possibly the same as Johannes Schloss) arrived on the ship Richard and Mary, 30 Sept. 1754 (S-H I, 605, 607, 608).
