Emigrants from the Palatine to the American Colonies in the 18th Century; compiled by Dr. Friedrich Krebs; Edited by Milton Rubincam; Pennsylvania German Society, Norristown, Pennsylvania; 1953 --------------------------------------- WALLAUER, Joh. Leonhard. Born at Obermoschel, 17.IX.1727. Son of Joh. Marx and Charlotte Wallauer. Has left for America in the year 1749 before Whitsuntide. Lenart Wallar arrived on the ship Dragon, 26 Sept. 1749 (S-H I, 414). Dr. Gerberich’s records show that Lonard Wallower was living in 1790. He had 100 acres in Paxtang, Dauphin Co.. 1774, and 150 acres there in 1782. He was probably the Leonard who died before 1809.
